I loved Rí Rá Pub, I stopped by while visiting Burlington. Great Irish Pub! So many beers and drafts on tap and very traditional Irish food, their wings were delicious, great environment. Natalie and Michael were amazing bartenders.
Great atmosphere. Food was pretty good and we enjoyed the smithwicks. Unfortunately the service was unremarkable. The hostess told us originally it was a 30 minute wait, but then sat us right away and there were a ton of open tables. Our waitress was definitely aloof. I would recommend watching football here and overall we enjoyed ourselves. Had the wings and fries with Irish curry.
This is a pretty nice restaurant that is connected to a whiskey bar, and I thought that was pretty good. Ended up ordering the nachos and the cottage pie, and they were both really tasty. Our bartender, Natalie, was super nice and made one of the best old fashioneds I've ever had. I didn't know that this was a chain, or at least it certainly didn't feel like one. I recommend checking this place out if you're in Burlington.
Nice Irish pub style atmosphere in downtown Burlington. Our food was delicious, drinks were fresh and cold, and our server was wonderful. We had the poutine as an appetizer, which was delicious, though my only complaint about it was the curds were thoroughly melted, rather than left as unmelted as possible. Still enjoyed it though! My wife had the fish tacos, which were phenomenal. I had the chicken curry, which was very interesting. I'd definitely get that again. There was a kid's menu, though they didn't have a copy of it, and it wasn't online. Our server was nice enough to write it down and go over the whole thing with us. We ended up getting them buttered parmesan noodles, which were out of this world good! Most of the food pics were taken after digging in, so the presentation wasn't well represented, FYI. The reason I gave it four stars instead of an easy five was the bathroom. The toilet paper was empty, and instead of filling it, they just left the commercial sized roll on top of the toilet. The soap dispenser was also empty, and there was a commercial soap dispenser insert left on the sink to awkwardly pick up and use. We'd eat here again, though I do hope management takes note of this review and retrains staff on bathroom cleaning/restocking.
Best meal I have had in days. We ordered the poutine with brisket, fish and chips, and the bistro burger... everything was delicious. The fish and chips was fresh, thick, crispy. Everything came out HOT. Although I'm a dill pickle girl instead of a sweet pickle girl for the burger. The maple breakfast stout is good try it.
Nice place, but busy, slow. The swiss burger was great, but tons of croutons in the Cesar salad. The Mac and cheese had lots of flavors going on, making it interesting.
This pub/restaurant was great. Good Irish food and drinks. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Be sure to check if they'll split your bill if you're with a group. It was a deal with seven in out party. So be aware of that. Overall, great experience with a little forewarning about splitting the bill.
Nice crowd for a Tuesday, but we didn't have any issues getting a table for 2. The music was fun and the food was great. Hubby had a burger he loved and I had the mac & cheese good texture, very filling, did add a bit of salt.Food: 5/5
The fish and chips were outstanding. There is a wonderful bourbon room in the back that is worth a visit. Wednesday night had a very talented session going on. My thanks to Will and Avery for the hospitality and all the best on your wedding.
Used to be great, quite authentic. Went midday on a Wednesday. Food was good, waitress was fine but never offered dessert just the bill. The ambiance is gone. Day drinkers and heavy metal blasting on the playlist. Nay nay.
