Great bar with a number of TVs to watch sports. First time there and I watched the USA vs England World Cup match. They had a great beer selection, including Hill Farmstead - my favorite, and were able to make any drink we asked for. It was quite busy and there is no food offered there. The bathrooms are downstairs and can take a little time to be free. I will likely be returning again for the next world cup USA match!!
OK bar. Lots of tvs. Definitely a dive I believe it was cash only. Not the friendliest staff. Beer was okay and the bar height was awkward.
It's a pub. Decent beer, crazy American dart board with wooden darts and friendly clientele, if you want somewhere fancy don't come here, but as a pub/bar it's bob on.
Came here at the advice of our waitress at dinner. We were looking for a bar that was more of a local bar that had the hockey game on. This place was awesome. Bartenders were great, wasn’t expensive and was down to earth. Met some great people at the bar and pool table. This is a “dive bar” I’ll always come back to when in town.
Fun spot. Good to get some darts in early, just wish the board was in better shape. Bartender was awesome, playing a great mix is music. Drinks were solid as well.
Bad. There's a reason this place is maybe half full on a Saturday night, like it was when I went. Staff are terrible.
Played great old school country music and I didn't hear a bad song the whole time I was there. And the beer is cold! The bathroom is NOT handicap accessible and the bathroom once your there isn't handicap accessible either super small and no bars to hold onto WTF guys! But I love the bar needs a better bathroom set up though.
We went in for after dinner cocktails while touristing Vermont. Cool little bar with a great bartender. The drinks were average priced, but large in size compared to the bars on the main drag. They don't have all the ingredients of a bigger place, but they are friendly and accommodating.
Terry and his staff have a great selection of craft beer from around the region. Their knowledge and descriptions help you narrow your choice or expand your horizons! Always having new varieties to try as well as having the best beers the region has to offer! If you are in Burlington and want to get a great sampling without having to track down some of the timing based beers, some have specific days they are available at the liquor store and sell out fast, Finnigan's is the place to go!
If you get drunk fast enough you might not notice the low prices and even lower levels of cleanliness. It's a dark college bar that smells like stale beer 24/7, but has a great Eagles fanbase that you can watch the games with if you can handle the environment otherwise.
