Called them in the morning, and had a technician by the afternoon. He did some good diagnostics testing with me so that I knew what was going on (and not so it seemed out of my depth!) and gave some good advice on what may be the issue. Ultimately, it was found to be a product issue and he did the servicing without charge. Will definitely be keeping his contact for future.

Sam the owner did an outstanding job. He responded to our concern immediately and came to fix our toilet the next day. He clearly explained what needed to be done and was very professional. From now we will be using Global Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

Called and inquired about materials, as soon as they found out they could not offer me what I was looking for they quickly became very rude on the phone and hung up on me! There is much better customer service out there and for a business that is focused of services; not a good sign to get involved with this company! Proceed with caution.

Sam was timely, friendly, and very professional. We had an issue with a clogged sink that we called in at 10 am. Sam was here before 12 and diagnosed/fixed the issue within the hour at a very reasonable rate. Definitely recommended.

Sam the owner was very professional & personable when he helped us to install a gas line, plumbing & drainage for our laundry. We also had a urgency situation & he was quick to respond. We were pleased with his services & would recommend without hesitation.
