Excellent service by Eric. Our hot water tank burst and flooded our basement. Eric was prompt, professional and did a great job. He also arrived an hour early which was greatly appreciated due to our situation. Highly recommended.

They took care of a plumbing issue once before which made me contact them again. This time around, they sent this young kid who was barely out of school who clearly had no idea what he was doing or looking for. Asked me for a flashlight ( thats tools of the trade isnt it?) and then finally called his boss to try and figure stuff out. All this to no avail just a waste of time. Then I get a call that I am to be billed for this- no service was rendered and was purely a waste of time on both sides. I was very impressed with the first time using this service and now will never be calling them and definitely not recommending.

well John G is not what they appear to be, they claim to be based out of North Van to appeal to the North Vancouver customers they are actually located in Coquitlam on Booth Street also this company does not take care of their employees, as I've not learned they are a revolving door with continuous employee changes due to poor management. they do not pay their employees overtime whatsoever. the owner who does shoddy work at times such as soldering steel pipe to Copper which any first-year plumber will tell you this is not legal. as I'm sure you will see by some of the other reviews they hire many young and inexperienced technicians to take much longer or simply cannot get the job done properly. If you hired them for an excavation you can be sure that they will not be the one actually doing the work, this company does not own any excavation equipment whatsoever and some contracts, the markup is usually 100% so whatever you're paying is double what it actually costs. I would strongly suggest you find a more reputable company to have your work done

We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon and they came out promptly and were able to fix our toilet ,and even fixed our leaky faucet for no extra charge. Friendly and reliable service.
