Very poor customer service 
Jessica for sure need to learn to search her email or answer her voice mails for requests of pricing for jobs, specially if jobs are 35-50k size

Also strongly recommend her to know that not every customer will contact her is a contractor ... Home owners might ask her for prices too then they don't have to own company 

After a month of waiting to respond to my email to price a job the answer was I don't have your email... Gues what you replied to that same email!!!

Ops I got the email but no attachments !!!

Ok then the job was taken, if you reply same day that you have email without attachment you would earn my respect but knowing that I sent you email with attachments and called to your never answer phone to keep you voice mail that I sent you email .. Now I know that you guys don't need my job
