The food here was similar to other Quiznos. We had no issue with the food, it tasted great. However, I was shocked by the service. My family and I have been at many other Quiznos where they generally have a list of veggies that you may ask to be on your sub after it goes through the oven. They do not here. I have seen 1 other place that lacked signage regarding this (Abbotsford, near Costco). Today at 12pm, my wife had asked for all fresh veggies to be put on and no pickled products (we can't see what is available). She only received lettuce. Then when I was asked, "Do you want lettuce?" I replied, "Yes, also I would like all the veggies except olives." The worker then listed off all the veggies they had. I said, "Yes, that is good. I would like all of those please." What shocked my wife and I was the lady gave us the most disgusted face for asking such a thing (she was just short of sticking her tongue out). I'm not sure if she was mad that she had to do extra work or if she was the owner and was mad that a customer was asking for veggies, which would cut into her profit. I do not know. I'm starting to notice a trend that Quiznos without signs regarding veggie options have poor service. We visit this outlet area often so I can definitely say we will not be giving this Quiznos any more money.

Actually one of the better quiznos. The owner was working and she's really nice unlike other miserable people.

Typical Quiznos. however I find it unacceptable that there is only one worker making sandwiches.

I prefer Quiznos over Subway but this specific location has terrible service. I think we had an ordering misunderstanding due to language barrier and the lady working got pretty rude and bent out of shape over it. Embarrassing because I had brought out of town guests here. Feel bad for her employees, poor management. Wouldn't go back. But if you are going to this location, bonus is they have the pepper bar. Unlike some locations which want to charge extra after 2 jalapeños lol. Enjoy!
