Used to be one of my favourite fast food spots and then it changed owners. Bad experience today. Would not honour a coupon for a free drink and snack with the purchase of a regular or large sandwich. They claim I bought a small sandwich but nowhere on the menu is it distinguished what a regular or large size is ... only 6”, 9” or 12”. I tried to politely point this out first but was rudely told no. I stuck to my guns to be told no again. I was finally told to “just save the coupon for next time and ask them first”. We’re talking about a difference of $2.89 and they wouldn’t abide by the thought that the customer is always right ... especially when it is their menu that was wrong. Disgusting service for something that had a simple solution.

Another franchise that doesn't care about it's Customers. Quality is very inconsistent, they are late to open almost every day. Pop machine is broken down but they charge you for a drink anyways. Interac machine is down for days. "Do u have cash otherwise we can't serve you." Terrible service for an already sub-par product.
