I visited this location for the second time. Both times it was filthy and the smell was horrible. If you have sensitive nose please don't visit this place ever. It sucks at cleanliness.

This location is clean friendly and the food is fresh. The play centre is small but clean. I live close to the Scottsdale location which is only 2km away. That one is the filthiest most disgusting McDonald's I've ever seen. And seeing as I worked at used a kid I've seen them. If you don't need a big play centre come here it's worth it.

80% of the time something is either missing or wrong , evening is the worst. I agree it's the worst location I've driven into, I've asked is everything there, it wasn't. Most times no napkins. How come there napkins smell like diesel fuel They shouldn't smell. If you drive down to the other location on 120th I find faster service the food for some reason tastes fresher. When I ask for onions or extra onions most times get non or very little. I've started to go across the street to triple O's For a great burger but pricey. I get what I ask for at least.

Great location in some ways... Not great in others. They have tableside service, which is awesome. As long as you dine in... Drive thru has a track record of messing up orders. Last time we dined in, multiple customers complained to the manager about a couple of guys making the rounds around the restaurant and asking to eat customers food (while we were eating it) and asking for money (but when people asked to buy them food they said they just wanted the money). These guys were also sitting in the restaurant swearing loudly. Bad dining experience. Manager didn't ask them to leave... Gave them pop to stop bothering customers. I didn't feel comfortable eating there with a guy obviously sizing us up and eyeing my purse.

2 nights or so ago the assistant manager working went straight from working til to making my burgers with her bare hands, when I asked her if she washed her hands she said “it’s fine” and I informed her that it’s actually not okay to work With money and then food, she tried to inform me that the til area is clean and I need not to worry, I understand you can’t expect much from McDonald’s but if the assistant manager at this location is not following foodsafe then I wonder how the staff below her are doing
