If someone requested for fresh food and ok to wait and still u gave them discusting food. You should know that someone actually wnat food after work.
It had been renovated for less than 1 year. The restaurant now is spacious, tidy and clean, much better than the times I went before renovation. We ordered 3 McGriddles breakfast set, all of them were assembled neatly, harshbrowns were fresh and crispy. Staff was cheerful and nice.
I recently visited a McDonald's and had a disappointing experience. I simply asked for a glass of water, but the manager informed me that they would charge me for a Coke instead. It's frustrating when a basic request like water is met with such a response, especially at a fast-food restaurant where customer service should be a priority. I understand that businesses have policies, but charging for water feels excessive and unnecessary. I hope they can reconsider their approach to customer requests in the future. The manager wearing glasses told me that she has to charge us for regular coke if she didn’t know how to work please give her proper training
Takeout was brutal here on a Monday before noon. Long wait times for a burger that was missing ingredients. And then when I went back in upon realizing, there was little to no effort to make it right.nnAs I was waiting for the remake on the burger, the employee working cash asked me if I “wanted fries?” I said sure, thinking I was going to receive a small complimentary fry for my troubles. The employee brings me the replacement burger but no fries. I ask them about the fries and they say, “oh did you order any?” I said No, as I had not actually ordered any, but was confused why the employee would ask me if I “wanted” fries and then not provide said fries. And then to top it all off, upon receiving the remade burger, I was told they were out of onions. Did they not know until I came back asking where my onions were? And why didn’t they just tell me that at the start when I didn’t get them the first time?nnAlso they really needed some more staff on as you could see the employees stretched thin and a lot of long wait times for other guests and delivery drivers.nnBecause of all this, it’s a 1 star for me. Worth your time and sanity to just go to a different location.
I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory visit to the McDonald's on Surrey's 120th Street. Not only did they forget to include my soft drink with the order, but the service was painfully slow. To make matters worse, the chicken nuggets seemed to be cooked in oil that had seen better days—leaving me questioning the overall hygiene standards. This experience has left me with a bitter taste, and I would caution others to think twice before choosing this location.
