Very, very poor customer care service! I returned a defective product and the lady helping me was very rude and was not going to exchange it for a new quilt. The whole time she was dealing with me she kept saying things like, "I don't know why you had to wash it before putting it on your bed for the first time, it's only going on the top of your bed." I said to her that I didn't want my money back, I want a new one that has been held for me in the back . She kept telling me no I am going to give you your money back. I finally said to her "no!I want you to please go in the back and bring me my blanket that has been put away for me. She reluctantly wet to the back and got me my blanket that I had on hold. I took it from her and said thank you and walked out of the store. I will "never" purchase anything from this store ever again!
Your sheet sets are exciting for color and quality! The coverlet of polyester and the quilt of cotton please me very much. Your service is excellent every time I stop in your shop. Last year I purchased the stylish duvet and cover. Long live your store and brands!
I bought a Christmas duvet and it was a great purchase. I washed it yesterday and it came up perfectly/ No wrinkles to iron and no pilling or seams fraying. I also bought a throw for one bedroom and it was very inexpensive but looks great on the bed. They have really good bargains.
My favorite Store when it comes to duvets,duvet covers,comforters,pillows,all the stuffs for bedroom:I can still use their duvet covers and duvet blanket during summer,cool for the summer and hot for the winter:love it.
Poor or No service. Terrible especially since they’ve just reopened and I was the only person the store and there were two servers in the store. I was considering buying a quilt but due to lack of service or communication did not.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped me find a solution for a gift and then helped pick up accent items to complement it. Lots of selection to choose from and great quality products
Great store, great selection! Service felt really rushed this time though... first time that’s ever happened so hopefully next time will be back to the normal great service that I’m used to!
