1-Chicken sandwich great tasting. Just the right crispiness and toppings are perfect. This is how a chicken sandwich should be. Reasonable price. 2- Monday deal- chicken tenders + biscuit. Very tender chicken and crispy coating. Fresh and delicious.

Got the Thursday special for me and the gf. Spicy for me regular for her. She doesn't always have a huge appetite but ill tell you what she ate the entire special! Chicken is fantastic! Would definitely recommend!

Really loved the chicken and sides here, even though it’s not usually my choice of meal. Most definitely better than a number of the big chains, and the biscuits here are hands down better than any of those other places. A great option when you don’t want a burger or anything like that.

Reliable spot close to campus for fried chicken. Their spicy chicken is not very spicy though.

Their sandwich and nuggets are not Crispy at all. Both were soggy and worst thing i ate in recent past. Dont waste money and time here!

First time being there and most likely will be my last. I went in during lunch time and I was told I had to wait 15 minutes to get fried chicken. LoL.... I wasn't in a hurry and thinking it was probably worth it to wait. But, I was disappointed as spicy chicken was lack of flavour and way too greasy. $2 Surcharge for White meat chicken turned out to be for just a piece. For 2 pieces of greasy chicken, I ended up spending around $17 for fast food and I wasn't happy.

Customer service was 2/10. Was told we’d have to wait 20 minutes for 3 combos and we said that’s fine, hot food it’s no problem waiting 20 minutes. Around the 25 minute mark I went up and asked where our order was and the woman at cash said another 15 minutes. Told her if i would’ve known it would be 40 minutes I wouldn’t have ordered and gone somewhere else. She just stared at me and said she could do another 12 minutes at best. Another 8-10 orders which were placed AFTER us were given and we were still waiting for ours. Im a pretty patient person so I let it go and expected hot flavourful food. It was hot but lacked flavour. Solid 1/10 on flavour as there wasn’t any. Basically a bad version of Popeyes

Couldn't get my order right when telling them what I wanted communication was absolutely terrible I have been to this restaurant multiple times and I feel it's a worse experience every time, the food is good but the service was subpar the wait is ridiculous 25 min for one sandwich Even when my order was served they had a very negative attitude about handing me my food. I had to display my order number that was then inspected by two employees and one had taken my order. Will not be eating there again absolutely not worth the wait or headache of ordering.

Their food is really good, one of the best fried chicken places in Hamilton in terms of food quality. But their speed of processing the order is slow. It takes 10 minutes to prepare my order of 5 pcs chicken strips, and 20 minutes to prepare 3 pcs of fried chicken, these have happened five times.

For fast food fried chicken, I was actually pretty impressed by the quality. Both the spicy chicken tenders and spicy chicken burger were perfectly crispy and really tender! The spice level is pretty low, only subtle hints of it - so if you're a spice fan, I'd recommend grabbing some packs of hot sauce. I also loved their biscuit, melted in your mouth and super buttery.
