I had a double roast beef sandwich. My expectation was higher; for me, the portion was small, there was too much gravy in my sandwich, and it tasted unsalted. I might go back to try different a sandwiche, but I don't think I will have another roast beef sandwich

This gem! I would drive and have an hour to eat their delicious roast beef and gravy sandwich. Homemade all the way. Goes back over 40 years tradition with my in-laws. Kids love thier chicken fingers and fries basket as well. Very fair pricing.

I just finished a double beef basket with fries & gravy. It was as awesome as always. I have been eating at Tally Ho for 40 years. The food has always been great. The best roast beef sandwich I’ve ever had!

So thinly sliced that it pretty much disintegrated when made. Gravy unsalted, and unevenly applies. Bun cold and beef could have only warm.

last night was the first time we visited this magnificent restaurant. But It is obviously not the last. We enjoyed the evening very much with the courteous service, with the finest meal and wine and with the modest charge. We will absolutely go back there soon.
