A bit apprehensive about this review and I have to edit my original 5 star rating. I have had good customer service here, they deal with commercial fleets very easily and there is a convenient shuttle service. However, after a recent oil change, I was notified after a couple days that they had made a mistake with a couple vehicles and put TRANSMISSION FLUID in the engine instead of oil. On one hand, it was good that they acknowledged the problem and got me in immediately to swap the fluid out. On the other hand, how was this mistake even made in the first place? Additionally, the two oils have very different viscosities, heat tolerances and filming/lubricating properties. I drove approximately 200km with transmission fluid in my work truck and I'm certain as it only took 15 mins they did not even flush the engine with proper oil when they swapped back fluids. They simply drained the trans fluid out and topped it up with oil. If this were my personal vehicle and not a company supplied vehicle, I would have demanded an oil analysis to look for metal shavings/wear and a proper fluid flush of the engine block.

Simple drop off and registration. I called ahead to book an oil change . The tech who preformed the service took the teuck for a road test as part of the 50 point inspection and noticed a hum. Inspected the truck and ordered parts . I was able to take the truck home that night and the service department booked me in for a later day . Shuttle service is very convenient and much appreciated.

If you dont accept a customer 25 minutes before your closed then why not close 25 minutes earlier?

Great from start to finish, including the shuttle. Customer service is always good. Took 6 hours from arrival to the text that they were done, for springtime tires, oil and gold detailing. Brought the extra key fob to locate my vehicle afterwards, since it was out back. If it's just tire and oil, like I get done in the fall, they've finished in as early as an hour. One super minor thing was that my main key fob was not in the vehicle cup holder like they said it would be. Their office was still open, so I went in and got the baggie that contained it. Took only a couple of minutes.

Can't phone them to set up an appointment. Can't even leave a voicemail, just an endless loop of pressing 3 to talk to the service department.

Went in at 10am needing a battery replacement. At first they didn't think they would be able to get it done, but they took my car and had the battery installed by 1pm. Great service and the courtesy shuttle was so convenient. I will be back whenever my car has another issue! Thanks Tatenda!!!

Fantastic customer service wouldn't go anywhere else. Also highly recommend car detailing great work.
