NorthStar Ford Sales Fort McMurray

I'm usually quick to call out poor service when I receive it but this time I have to commend NorthStar Ford on their AWESOME customer service and staff! I had a great experience there and the staff was so knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. A young man named Ainsworth Wisdom was excellent and his service was definitely something to write about and to be commended! He answered every question me and my wife had really did not try to give us a "sales pitch", but gave us options and helped guide us to the best choice for our family. Great service again and to the entire NorthStar Ford team, keep up the excellent work!

Mr. Ainsworth Wisdom had the best service and the most helpful person I ever met! We bought 2 vehicles from him within 3 months. He was not just helped us to try different vehicles, but also took good care of our vehicles after serviced. When my vehicle had a nail on it and the tire pressure dropped quickly, he came to help me right away and took my vehicle to fix it, while I was panic and in a rush to go to work. This was not his job but he helped me right away. His service has been the NO.1 and the most wonderful thing in my life because I know I can trust him totally. I started to tell all my friends to go to Ford and go to him, his professional experience is the top line and can definitely make you satisfied! Thank you very much, Mr. Wisdom. I give you 10 stars!

After my Mazda 6 got stolen, I contacted Mr. Ainsworth Wisdom and told him that my car got stolen and that I now I needed a truck which would better suit my needs. Mr Wisdom took the time to go over my options and we then decided on a 2011 F-150. The entire process was so easy and very accommodating. I definitely recommend North Star Ford, and in particular Mr. Wisdom. Looking forward to working with you when I decide to buy my new truck.

Words cannot describe the awesome job that Mr Ainsworth Wisdom has been doing at North Star Ford, Fort McMurray, Alberta. I have bought five vehicles, all through Mr Wisdom, and all of which were seamless deals! He was there through every transaction and followed up with us after each purchase.
