Jiffy Lube

Jiffy lube in timberlea over-tightened the oil filter in my vehicle. I talked to the manager about it and he told me he will educate his workforce on how to properly tighten an oil filter. I never had issues before but this time I supplied my own oil filter.

Can’t say enough about this team. They have been doing everything right and stand by their work. This morning, they did a change and I had a small problem with a fuel filter. They got me safely back to their shop and immediately corrected and got me on my way again. Would highly recommend.

You guys should update your Google listing. It said you were closed at 6. When I showed up at 5:48, the guy said he wouldn't change my oil. He was rude about it. It made me sad.

Rudely turned away at 715pm because there was a car ahead of me. Came out waving his hands at me telling me to go away then yelling back at me we close at 8! No kidding that's why I am there at 715! Bottom of the barrel jiffy lube zero stars. I get you make minimum wage but you still have a job to do.
