My heater isn't working. and the person on the phone said he would be "a while". Which would be fine, I merely wanted to know the nature of the wait. I politely asked how long it would be, and he was exceptionally rude and dismissive. "Text me your number, and when I am done with the ones in front of you, I will get to you if I have time" (read as dismissive and irritated as possible). That's a direct quote. I have a toddler in the house and just needed to know if a while meant an hour or 4. Apparently that's too much to ask for this guy.

Our tankless water heater stopped working and needs repairs, and we were able to talk to Quarry Hills. He came and fixed the problem with reasonable price before Christmas. Thanks.

Professional installation of lochinvar high efficiency boiler and storage tank. Bill knew the product well and recommended the perfect setup for my home. He had the great idea to move the location equipment giving me more space and zero down time during installation. Just got my first gas bill and it was half of last year same month for hot water only can't wait to see what I save during heating season. Thank you Quarry Hills.
