Anytime Plumbing Heating & AC

We have used Anytime Plumbing several times, all on an emergency basis, and all with great experiences. The guys are professional, diligent, and friendly, and make a bad day a good one. I get a kick out of reviews about pricing...most of the time folks need plumbers on an emergency basis - what are you expecting to pay for the convenience of an emergency call? Highly recommended.

Took 3 weeks to get an appointment for a water leak only for the tech to come and tell me he needs someone to give me a quote. 3 days to have someone else come look at it to give me a quote and they never got back to me.

I had an experience with a driver of Anytime Plumbing and Heating on 6/16/17, which I communicated to the business via email in order to accurately document the incident, that email follows: "This morning around 8 o'clock, driving down Pine Street in Norfolk, one of your drivers drove up on me aggressively, apparently upset that I was driving the speed limit. He rode my bumper and slowed down to give me the middle finger when I turned off. It was completely unwarranted. The driver was a young man with black hair and a short beard. Not likely the kind of impression you want given of your business." The email went unanswered so I followed up on 6/17 to the same Customer Service email address (that is provided on their Facebook page) requesting the direct email address of an owner. This email, too, went unanswered. The complete disregard for the behavior of their associate/representative is very telling of the way they choose to do business. As a result of their utter dismissal of my complaint I would NEVER choose or recommend Anytime and, in fact, will discourage neighbors, friends and relatives from doing so.

Anytime heating came when my pipes froze in the attic. They asked me if I knew I had antiques in my attics, which I said I did. I didn't think too much about it until I checked later and I had a items missing from my garage and attic. Some very valuable. When I called to talk with the owner I was dismissed. The repairs they did in the attic had to be redone. I also mentioned the theft to my insurance agent who said they did work for her, and she had items stolen. Watch them like a hawk!
