Cox's Old Colony HVAC & Plumbing

I had a leak under my bathroom sink. I looked for it and couldn't find it I finally called Cox's old colony and they came right down found the leak and had it fixed. They said it was fixed and I shouldn't have any problems. I would recommend them to any one with plumbing problems. They clean up after themselves!

I had a leakage in my kitchen sink so I called Cox's Old Colony and within 30 minutes they arrived. The price was cool and I must say they are very professional with their services. Now my leakage is fixed and I am a happy customer. I do recommend Cox's Old Colony for all your plumbing needs. It was such a great customer experience.

My first experience with their service was extremely good. My new tiny home needed affordable heating and AC system and one of my friends suggested me to get it installed from them. The units were installed very neatly and the team cooperated with me as I am in a 9 to 5 job so they agreed one doing the work in evening without any issue.

Thank you so much for actually fixing my plumbing issues. Every time I would call my landlord they would “fix” it in 5 minutes and of course it would break again within 2 days. It has now been 3 weeks since Cox’s fixed my plumbing and haven’t had a singe issue since! Thank you so much!

Unbelievably bad experience. On May 22, 2017 my husband signed a contract to install a split A/C system at my daughter's town house in Charlestown and gave him $8,000 deposit. From that date when he took our $8,000 until September 6, he never came to our daughter's unit, the job site. He continued lying and not keeping many scheduled appointments and did not answer phone calls. He realized he cannot do the job and after being threatened by lawsuits he started refunding the deposit on installments between August 4, 2017 and September 6,2017. Summer passed without an A/C in our daughter's unit. Very frustrating and stressful experience. He should not be in the business and the State should take away his license.
