Their ability to accommodate our financial needs and find the best mortgage deals is world class! With the stress of moving to a new province and having very tight deadlines, this team was able to go above and beyond to support us in getting everything settled. I had the pleasure of working with Quantus Mortgage Solutions. Their dedication to providing absolutely perfect service was admirable and they consistently checked in with me regarding the next steps and where we were in the process. They got me a great rate and I will definitely call on them if I need a mortgage advisor again. 5-Star for sure.

We worked with "Paul" though he never spoke to us after the meet and greet that he was late for. His underwriter seemed nice and competent, but everything they told us turned out to be untrue. We were told they had a fixed rate hold in for us and then when we purchased and went to use it apparently the lender we had the hold with doesn't even do holds for fixed. So then we had to deal with higher rates than we were promised, but we had finally got our purchase so we just went with what the recommended. Which was a variable mortgage, except what they rushed us into signing wasn't a variable rate it was an adjusting rate. So though we were assured multiple times that our payments wouldn't go up with the rates, just our term would... here we are learning shortly after signing the papers that we have a completely different product than we thought and our payments have gone up over $400/month in 4 months. Definitely a horrible experience and would never recommend them to anyone, we were misguided and lied to at every step.
