After phoning the CIBC headquarters that has a recording which was not helpful in any manner.... a most pleasant and helpful person by the name of Kim  answered the phone at the CIBC Canmore  branch on Saturday! She was courteous and considerate and really helped us sort our or mortgage information. Well done and Thanks again.

can i give less than one star?
Ive been kicked off my bank account 3 times in the last 4 months cause they cant figure out how to input ID.
this random credit card showed up on my account and they cant get rid of it. 
the online website never works, it wouldnt let me transfer funds for 3 days, and it deleted all my e-transfer contacts. 
i applied for a loan and after wasting a month of my time told me i was approved, but they couldnt give it to me cause my credit cards arent with them. what?

I have never experienced so many difficulties with any other CIBC branch. ever other branch I receive quick, honest, respectful service.
