Quality Inn & Suites Rainwater Park

I usually stay at Holiday Inn or Hilton chain hotels but I decided to give the choice hotel a try. For the price (70 a night) and having a bowling alley and restaurant attached I would definitely recommend this hotel....especially on a budget. Rooms are a little small but clean and comfortable. Rooms have nice beds, pillows, small coffee maker, and a small refrigerator. No indoor pool but attached indoor water park is open Friday and Saturday. Will stay again next week.

Service is always hit or miss. Not much to complain about. Deco needs a serious update. Food next door at Thirsty Pony was pretty good. Typical Quality Inn. Good for a couple nights but nothing outstanding. Worth staying at

Originally chose since it is very close to Cedar Point, right off the end of the causeway. Price was affordable. Prices raise on weekends of course, but that seems to be the norm for most all hotels. Nothing entirely fancy, but it was a great place to stay. Staff was very helpful, friendly. Clean. Hot/cold breakfast included. Received water passes for their indoor water attractions upon checking in. Loved that there was a bowling alley attached which my family enjoyed a late night of bowling together from 12am-1:30am Sat night. All the bowling & unlimited tacos you wanted for $15 per person. Affordable enough friendly place with attractions included or right at your footsteps. Would recommend & would return.

It's good for people who want to keep their budget low. You definitely get your money's worth and the housekeepers there are super nice, especially Samantha. There are indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, bowling alley, and a restaurant/bar with Dippin Dots ice cream. It's super close to Cedar Point Dr. so anyone who wants to get there quick will be able to. There are two exits. One that takes you right onto Cedar Point Dr., and the other that takes you onto Cleveland Rd., and if you turn left exiting, Cedar Point Dr. is the first intersection, you just get in the left lane and don't have to wait long. I personally don't like this particular motel, but it's cheaper and a lot better than Holiday Inn (in the same parking lot). Holiday costs 1000x more and you only get 1 indoor pool and a fitness room. So stay at Quality Inn. It's called Quality for a reason, better Quality than Holiday. More benefits for a cheaper price.

The rooms were very nice. There's nothing like sleeping in your own bed at home (especially if you have a memory foam bed) but I would definitely put these in a close second. It was a great place to stay after a long day at Cedar point. No noise problems, no complaints at all. We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the hotel since we tried to spend as much time as possible at the park, but the time we were there it was great. Definitely would stay again if we do a multi day trip to CP.
