Quality Inn & Suites

Older facility, heat difficult to adjust. Very important for my husband. Access to bath/ shower not made for disabled access. Toilet somewhat low but good grab bars, still needed assist to get off toilet. The people were absolutely the best.

I had an utterly disappointing experience at the Quality Inn in Silverdale, Washington. Upon arrival, I was hit with an unexpected $50 deposit for damages, despite having paid for the room weeks earlier when I booked. Then, I was told there was no internet—already a major inconvenience. Frustrated but willing to proceed, I headed to my room on the third floor, only to discover there was no elevator, making the trek up with luggage a hassle.nWhen I finally got to the room, I was greeted by a toilet splattered with feces—absolutely unacceptable. I took pictures and went straight to the front desk to complain, only to be told they had no housekeeping staff available to address it. At that point, I demanded a refund and left. Later that evening, I checked my bank statement and found they had charged me the $50 deposit plus the full room rate—despite it being prepaid weeks ago. After more back-and-forth, they returned the deposit and the duplicate room charge, 5 days later I finally got the refund back. This place is a complete mess—unreliable service, hidden fees, and filthy rooms. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. There's no Quality in this Inn.

Had a very divine stay here recently! It was my first stay there. Great staff and nice room! : Awesome night crew when I arrived - Tiffany is so kind and hilarious! We had great laughs! Thank you so much you all for a fabulous stay! You are all terrific.

Stayed here for an extended period of time while traveling for work. Have nothing but positive things to say. Extremely helpful and accommodating staff, nice room, comfortable bed, breakfast in the morning, etc. The hotel is in a great area, with plenty of things to do nearby! I had a king suite, with a full size fridge and a kitchenette. Couldn’t be more pleased. Will be returning to the Silverdale area for business in June, and I sure hope I can stay here again!

The room was clean but very small, especially for 2 people and a dog. Service was almost non- existent, except for the breakfast provided, with limited items and all self-service. And the location in a shopping area parking lot left a lot to be desired.
