Excellent Stay with Great Views and Service.nWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Our room on the fourth floor was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the balcony view—absolutely breathtaking! The breakfast was delicious and the dinner and room service menu were also excellent—everything we ordered tasted fantastic! The best dish we had was definitely the Parmesan wings—they were amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Parking was hassle-free, and the hotel is located in a great area with a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

This was a new venue my company chose and it was an excellent choice & upgrade from the previous venue. My room was well taken care of very clean and I even had the surprise of a walkout balcony with a view of the water. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff was excellent from the check in desk to staff running the restaurant area. The ladies making breakfast were super nice and enthusiastic about their job, which says a lot about the management team taking care of their employees. Look forward to staying here on future trips!

This place is amazing! The staff provide excellent customer service, and seem very happy to do so. A special shout out to Isaiah in the lounge!nnThey provide a complimentary cocktail, soup and salad each day of your stay.

We stayed for 5 nights while my dad was in the hospital and really enjoyed it. Friendly staff especially Running Water who always wore a smile and had a warm good morning!! Best part of our stay was the pool, sauna and steam room for the teens, small exercise room for me and a 10/5 star breakfast every morning. Warm coffee all day and hot water for tea was always a welcome relief when in need. Complimentary soup and salad in evenings which were delicious! Chef even made sure I had a vegan soup for my needs one of the evenings. Knocked off one star for cleaning service. We had fresh towels delivered just once and beds were never made. It was not clear to us as to why no one ever serviced the room during our stay.

Great stay with my family. Could we make the pool a bit warmer? Enjoyed the hot shower by the pool. The sauna and hot tub were great too. Room smelled so clean. Dining staff were very sweet and friendly.
