This is by far the most horrendous place I’ve ever stayed. The room at first had the worst smell so asked to swap rooms. The staff not Canadian were extremely rude. Outlets hanging out and I never got room service so for four days I didn’t have any clean bedding or towels I asked about this and was told to get out and not come back nI was housed with the homeless and crack heads and hookers it was fantastic.nI honestly don’t know how this place is open as a hotel it needs reviewing and shutting down as soon as!nIt’s cheap to stay here but not worth a single penny. The girls on the desk need firing and the place needs burning down.nI’ve actually never written a review this bad before! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Finding the hotel was not bad at all. It'd right by the highway and easily accessible. The check-in seemed to be breeze until I tried to access my assigned room having walked all the way to the other end of the building. The keys didn't work. I went back to the front desk. The lady there apologized profusely and asked if she could give me another room but would be on the second floor. It too was at the other end of the building on the opposite side. The room looked decent but the floor was far from clean, and the smell was that of a room previously smoked in. I was so tired that all I wanted was some rest so I opened up the window to let in fresh air and went to bed. In the morning I asked for the room to be cleaned. Coming back from running errands I found the door to my room open but it had not been cleaned. I mentioned this to the attendant at the front desk and was told they don't go into rooms with no-one in them.nI will not be going back there again.
This hotel is disgusting, my wife and I book a reservation 2 weeks in advance and the room they put us in had snot and hair all over the one bed and some kind of pasta sauce on the other. Neither beds were cleaned prior to our arrival. I requested a new room and was denied, I requested a linen change and was denied, I even asked for new sheets so I could change them and was denied. When I requested a refund, I was denied. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, also the pool was closed and has been for 9 months, but I was told it was a bailable when I reserved the room. DO NOT STAY HERE!
If I could add photos on here trust me I would. Are you looking for the perfect hotel right out of a scary movie? Care for a broken door lock or broken window? Want dark bodily fluids on your curtains or to see the handprints of previous guests on the walls and door that have probably been murdered while staying here? Perhaps your looking for a vintage stove to cook on during your stay that not even your grandmother would believe still existed. There's endless features this hotel offers that will leave a lasting impression on you for days.
We are 2 elderly mobility impaired seniors given a room upstairs and as far from the doors as possible. We had 1 cup and a coffee machine that was broken. He brought a different machine and took our only cup. It is a long walk to get more cups. He did not answer the phone and his messages were full. The t.v. Does not work either. The room is clean, the air conditioner works, the hot tub was empty. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this was not a cheap motel.
