Stayed at this location for one night while on business in MH. One night was enough. I can see how a sports team, kids, and those who don't travel 6 months out of the year would enjoy this hotel. But once you receive a certain level of service at another location (from the same brand), you expect it everywhere. Unfortunately, that level of service doesn't exist here and there's no consistency. I've mentioned it before, if Hilton were to pay attention to their Hampton brand, there might just be a level of consistency with products/service that would exist across all locations. Independently owned or not. - No welcome bottle of water (with my corporate logo on it) or a small gift - 20 cent shower head which barely dispenses water - I'm glad I don't have long hair - Online check-in/pick your room/grab your key card and go never worked. What's the point of paying extra and being a Hilton rewards member if basic services don't work? Just an FYI, checked in to the Saskatoon Hampton Inn, complimentary bottle of water at check-in. Plus, there was NO attitude at check-out when I asked why there was no printed copy of my bill under my door in the am. Apparently that's a service only for top tier Hilton members. Not only was the response demeaning, it wasn't true. Perhaps additional training for front desk staff (Shelby). Measure yourself against the Hampton Inn in Sydney N.S., Saskatoon etc... Start there and you'll see what meeting (and exceeding) ones expectations actually means.

Beautiful new hotel. Outstanding breakfast in the morning. Good water slide and pool. ADDITIONAL EDIT: I was just there for a conference and the facility was fantastic. They had a coffee service with cookies etc, and until desk staff was welcoming and friendly. The facility was very professional and impeccably clean.

Clean and professional. All fittings and millwork contemporary. Free breakfast is varied and of excellent quality. Staff is helpful and polite and ready to help with things like toothbrushes (thank!). Awesome pool and fitness centre. Pet friendly floors as well.

Great staff, checking was quick and the rooms are an amazing bargain. Booked a king suite for my weeks stay and it was amazing. Room was big modern and clean. Hotel also has a pool and a fitness centre. You also get some perks for staying at the hotel like 15% off the Boston pizza next door , free appetizer from the keg.

Phew, what a great hotel! Our first time in Medicine Hat and we had a nightmare at the Clarion and managed to get a room at the Hampton on short notice. This is exactly what we wanted - nice, clean, bright hotel that is great for families. Hotel room was so clean and beds so comfortable - a dream! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
