Quality Inn

When we first walked in the lady at the front desk was not real personable but once she found out we were Elite rewards members, she was extra nice. I know they only give perks to rewards members but they should really be personable to everyone. The king room was a little cramped and small but very clean and the bed was comfortable. Water was hot which we love. Breakfast was great! Overall a good experience.

super clean, not run down at all. We came here after finding bugs in our bed sheets at Motel 6. This place was incredibly nicer.

Room was a good size with two beds but smelt awful. I believe it was once a smoking room and never got new paint or furniture. The smell is beyond just smoke however and is nauseating. I asked the front desk to move me to a different room and was told there were none. "Girl if I could move you I would," were her exact words. Completely unprofessional and uncaring at solving the problem. She told me she could refund me and I could find somewhere else to stay. Wow. Never in all my travels has someone cared so little.

The people and breakfast was nice. Bathroom still had previous owners shampoo in it. But the towels and sheets were clean. F

Dirty, small room. Place looks like it has not been updated since the '70's. Room I'm staying in, the door got stuck so that it would not open. When brought to the attention of front desk staff, I was told to just "throw your body weight into the door. That one sticks." When I asked what assurances I have to not be charged for any damage that may be caused by me opening the door in such a manner, I was told that "I guarantee that you PROBABLY won't be charged for anything." The fact that they were aware of this issue, and have yet to fix the problem, is crazy to me. Also, what if I were elderly or disabled somehow? It took quite a bit of effort to open the door. Will not ever be staying here again.
