The way they welcomed me was so warm and professional I was very touched and very satisfied. Service really is 5 stars. And the fact that the entire hotel is clean is very nice too. My partner and I are staying here just for one night while waiting out the no electricity situation since the ice storm we just had. We've never stayed in a hotel in our hometown before, we've never needed to, but now I'm glad we get to live this experience. I think we'll be back, after a night out, just for fun. Thank you to the team. Every single one of you is so nice and has a genuine smile. All the best to you. Rooms: Room is clean and smells great. Everything looks new. Nice TV in the room too. Walkability: Close to everything including the metro/subway. Food & drinks: Lots of options around *and* we got all the best snacks here. Hershey's, Bueno's, Pringles, Mrs Vickies.
The staff here were very helpful; they gave us a bag of snacks when we checked in, and let us check out later when we requested it. Amenities were pretty good as well; complementary breakfast had good availability and lounge was nice with a TV and coffee maker. Rooms were clean and had fridges and TVs, though we got placed in a room with 2 double beds instead of 1 queen and the walk-in shower was messy since a lot of water escaped when using it. Still, overall good experience with good service and top-tier central location, and prices affordable for students looking to stay in Montreal.
I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and I was in my room in no time. The room itself was lovely - it was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. But what really stood out to me was the staff - they were incredibly helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone I encountered was welcoming and accommodating. While there weren't a ton of options for breakfast, what was available was delicious. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and hit the spot each morning. In addition, the location of the hotel was perfect for me - it was conveniently located near public transportation, which made it easy for me to explore the city. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. The quick check-in, lovely room, and helpful staff really made a difference, and the breakfast was a great bonus. Greetings from México!
Not the place to go to if you need to relax. Paid for room service. The people responsible for cleaning gave us dirty sheets and didn’t come to clean the room or sheets, even though we put the sign on the door asking for the room to be cleaned. The one time they came out of the week we stayed, they only cleaned the floor, and left muddy shoe prints in the shower. Turns out they’ve been crossing our room number off the cleaning list. Told the concierge that witnessed it crossed out one time and have pictures. Was told the room should have been cleaned daily, but nothing was done to rectify the situation. Was already stressed about someone close to me having surgery.
It's not a leisure hotel no pool for example, but it's new and very well located at the side of the city bus terminal Gare d'autocars and a metro station. Comfortable rooms, free coffee machine at the reception, really good breakfast and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and recommend this hotel!Rooms: 5/5
A very small hotel in a not so nice part of the city. The staff is polite but they said some things just to convice me to stay there, such as: "yes, we have parking lot", which is not true. There is a public one but it was closed. "We are the best option in this range of price" and also not true. I wanted to cancel my booking and they immediately change their actitudes. I am not coming back with this kind of staff. Sorry but no thank you.
First time staying and very impressed. Don't let the bland entrance to the hotel mislead you, the rooms are much better. Pros: great location central & literally steps away from Berri UQAM metro, very modern and clean rooms, and an excellent value for money I've stayed in worse hotels in Montreal while paying a lot more. Hotel staff were all very lovely and welcoming and the breakfast included in the room rate, while very basic, was still a nice touch. I also appreciated the fully blackout blinds a small detail that makes a huge difference. Cons: you can easily hear the noise from the hallway as the doors aren't well designed.
Very clean, newly redone & great service. Complimentary breakfast was good & free coffee at all times in lobby was lovely. Also very close to multiline subway stop, can access whole city!Rooms: 5/5
shocked at how low the reviews are… the experience here was nothing short of marvellous. from the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles. we were given a gift bag with candy, gum, drinks. the outside of the building is crummy but the inside was clean and lovely. And dont get me started on the breakfast… the omelettes were fluffy, there was a tasteful amount of cheese in the middle. there was a grill-your own-waffle station with authentic maple syrup… sausage that was crispy but soft on the inside. I came here expecting an Oshawa experience, but instead, it was Parissiene. Bravo to the staff here. Make no mistake this is not a hotel, it is an experience… it is a play and you are its star actor
The front desk attendant was very rude. She gave me a twin sized room when it should have been a queen and to upgrade to a queen of would be additional expenditure and would not budge. She lied and stated the third party booking site chose the room but when I called the third party booking site they said the hotel chooses the room. Do not go to this hotel.
