We stayed for 2 nights. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were nice. The hotel is located in a good location as we were able to walk to most places. The hotel does not offer its own parking. Breakfast was included however it was not the greatest as it was missing potatoes, oatmeal, pork-free meat option. The biggest suggestion I would make is better pricing as our friends stayed at Sheraton for much better prices.

You get what you pay for. This was the cheapest hotel room available within walking distance of the Bell Centre. The room was quint. The bed was incredibly comfortable. That's were the good review ends concerning the room. The pictures attached show a fire sprinkler in the shower, which is kinda creepy considering all the "hidden camera" pervs in the world. The water leaked out of the shower area and onto the bathroom floor making it very slippery as well as soaking the carpet just outside the bathroom. Judging by the water stains in the carpet, it appears to be an ongoing problem that doesn't get fixed. The front desk was very courteous and bilingual. The location was perfect for a tourist exploring the downtown area of Montreal.

Needs some updating. One elevator was not  working, and the other one was a little questionable. The location is great for downtown and the Bell Center. Nice job on breakfast. Overall, it was a good place to stay for one or two nights. Friendly staff.Rooms: 3/5

The pictures of the hotel on google are very misleading. The hotel is old and run down. The carpet in the hallway reminded me of the carpets at the cinema with all the stains and marks on it. Also when I checked in the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. I was barely greeted and he seemed like he didn't want to be at work. This hotel is definitely not worth the price.

Room was ok. Cannot say enough about the front desk workers. They are awesome. Got to mtl super early 7 hours before check in and got us into our room after 12 hours of travel by car and flight. First time I had gotten a early check in with no questions asked. Made sure we knew everything we needed to know about the happens about our stay in 5 minutes and with in 10 we were in our room resting. All questions we asked they had the answers. Reason why its not a 5 is only one elevator of the 2 were working. May have a bit of a wait certain times of the day to go up or down. Right downtown, near restaurants  and shopping. Not far from the bell centre 5 minutes. We checked out early and they made sure a cab was at the door at 5 am for us.  The price was very cheap for a hotel downtown and breakfast was free.

Staff great; hotel is a disaster. Don’t stay here. I have never felt the need to do a review but after my very recent stay at this “hotel”, I need to. The rooms are terrible. Mold in the bathroom: stains on carpet; cigarette holes in the bedding; balcony doors that are not secure; elevators that are broken.  This hotel was probably at its prime in the 80s but it is anything but now. Again, don’t waste your time or money staying there.

First, when I checked in , the AC of my room was so old, not working properly, so we change our room. Room was kind of ok, but the bedsheets were not fitted well. It continues to come out of mattress  whenever anyone sleep . The comforter was covered with sheets only which doesn’t match with the comforter. In The bottom part of bed , there is something metal, we got hurt many times. The balcony door was not closing properly. Room service come every 3 days.And the worst  thing is the morning breakfast. There is bread but no butter. First day there was some Philadelphia cream creese, after some time none was there, so when I asked the cook, she said it’s finished.second day no cream cheese, no butter as well. The cook provides scrambled eggs and pork. Cook always taking over phone. It’s one of the worst breakfast experience  I have ever had in hotel.
