Great basic room. Appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in the room. Breakfast spread is above average but the apple was the only real "healthy" option. Room had noise at night from adjascent grocery store parking lot.

When I need to fly in and out of Medford I stay at Quality Inn because they do free airport shuttle. Rooms are clean and well maintained. They have a good hot breakfast. Staff are very nice. Took me to the airport at 4 am.

Thank you, Quality Inn, for rescuing us! We were stranded at the airport overnight and needed a place to stay for our rescheduled 5:30am flight. The 24-hour shuttle got us to the airport in the morning at 4am and I could not be more thankful. We got to walk to the adjacent restaurant for dinner, and there's a grocery store right next door so we could acquire breakfast supplies! And if that's not convenient enough, they're also immediately adjacent to a gas station. Service was quick and easy, and no problems with the room.

They do not allow people within 40 MILES of their hotel get a room. The lady was rude when she informed me “that’s just how it is”. ?!?! It’s almost like going out to a restaurant and they tell you to go home and cook since you have a kitchen nearby. Makes NO sense. Thankfully, Better hotels in the area do offer rooms to people who need a night away from home for whatever reason. I have stayed here before when traveling from California - not at all impressed and more than okay that I won’t be staying there again.

the room was very comfortable, spacious but my wife found a cockroach in the bathroom and from there we no longer had a good night.
