Baymont by Wyndham Jackson

The hotel was clean and not uncomfortable. However the prices left me expecting more the rooms are older and show the wear. This would be a solid 4 star hotel at $60 per night.

Not bad, decent breakfast. Had a 2 bed room that I shared and it seemed pretty clean. It's nothing special but I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Cons are: Smells like smoke, generally outdated, and the whole hotel at large feels unclean. Pros are: very nice and helpful staff and room is clean enough. Free WiFi and breakfast. Would not pick it myself if I had a choice but it isn't the worst hotel I've seen.

I stayed in room 101. After scouring the internet and reading reviews and after the super 8 attempting to rip me off an extra 30 dollars because of it being past check in time I chose Baymont. For 2 reasons. Pet friendly and the owner or manager took the time to reply to reviews. I'm glad I did. Room was excellent. Clean. No bed bugs (I'm sure that person was lying) bed was comfortable. Pillows were great. The over night guy was amazing. Well dressed. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area. After driving 10 hours to get here I'm very happy I was able to stay at Baymont. At the time of this post they are renovating hallways and what not. Oh and check out time being noon is also awesome. Thanks again!

Let’s start with the good things. The staff is super nice and friendly. The washer and dryer works good. The bed are comfortable. They are next door to a planet fitness. Close to the highway but we didn’t hear it. Plenty of fast food and restaurants near by. And some shopping place if you forgot something. Now for the not so good stuff. The first room we was in. Not sure if they ever cleaned it from the last few people. And I say this beacause I found a children’s Tylenol syringe laying right beside the bed stand. So me being a mom and having my child with us. I looked to see if anything else was laying around. On the otherside of the bed I found bottle of KY lube. Then a few days later the roof starts leeking. No big deal it happens. They moved us to the room beside it. Because of how dirty the first room was. I decided to make sure nothing was laying around. Boy am I glad I did look. I found an epipen on the floor. I was less then happy. As any person would be. I did tell the staff about everything I found. They did apologize and said they would talk with the cleaning staff. With all this being said. If you do stay at this hotel. I would check and make sure nothing is laying around. Could been something worse that I found.
