To start, the person who took my clothes for cleaning and alterations apparently made no effort to note the stains and where needed cleaning. Upon picking them up it was as though they had never been cleaned. The staff there when I came to pick up apologized and offered to clean them again at no additional charge. Well, I would assume no additional charge if they were not cleaned! The alteration situation was a disaster. I had two pair of $120 dress pants let down (lengthened), which I've had done at Rapids Alterations and they were beautiful. One pair was ruined and the other was terribly done. They denied ruining the one pair and stated they were like that when dropped off. These were brand new and never worn, so no. I ended up taking them home after three trips and multiple phone calls and paid nothing. Now I have one pair that will need to be redone by an actual professional and another that at best I can hope no one looks closely at the pulled thread making an odd line in the fabric 4 inches above the bottom of the legs.

It took nearly 18 months for them to stop ironing my French cuffed shirts inside-out. I've been double-charged for dry cleaning and today they starched my suit. Game over.
