This place is INCREDIBLY dirty, disgusting, any other adjective you can think of that can describe a dump. Chapstick on the floor, laundry on the floor EVERYWHERE, Garbage inside the dryers. I have to sit on in my car waiting for laundry because it is THAT appalling. AVOID THIS DUMPSTER FIRE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

PROS: Open later than most places CONS: Disgustingly dirty and gross in every way. Bathroom was nasty as all heck. Wash and run !

Dirty, no air conditioning, machines jam up easily. My mom went to SCSU and said Kipp's was crap back then...still is.
