I had Ron and his crew out to clean my carpets in my house and tile and grout in my bathroom. The carpets have never felt softer!! I love walking without socks on my carpet now! My tile and grout looks like brand new. I never thought it would come clean. They took their time and gave me top notch service! Ron even put something on my door while they were cleaning and I thought that was the best thing ever! I highly recommend this company and wont be using anyone else for my home.

I spoke with Ron. I appreciated that he gave me a quote over the phone. Since I was just gathering information, I didn't book the appointment. About 10 minutes later I received a video from Ron thanking me for the call. He followed up with another call the next day. I was very impressed with his level of customer service as well as how he was fighting for my business. He won me over and I booked the appointment. 30 minutes before the appointment, I received a call from Ron's son, Tyler. He told me he would be there in 30 minutes and asked if he could pick me up a coffee. So nice! Tyler was friendly and did a good job. I will definitely use Quality Carpet Care again and refer them to my neighbors.

Ron is a true professional, who works hard at making sure the carpets look perfect when he’s done. He’s on time and I highly recommend him!

Ron with QCC came to clean my carpets today. Not only do the carpets look amazing, but he puts heart into his work. I’ve never had someone put this much effort before. Thanks once again to Ron at QCC for the great work! I’ll never have another company, highly recommended.
