Essling's Cleaners-Furriers

Took a sheepskin fur rug there for cleaning due to a dog incident. Was charged $175 for a rip in the skin as well as the feces still in the fur. The owner was an arrogant, condescending, non-professional. He refuses to credit my money back. Has offered to "clean" it again. As if, I want more damage done. Since there is no attempt on the part of the owner to credit me, my attorney will be contacted. I will never take anything for cleaning there. Horrible customer service and severe lack of professional cleaning experience.

I called to find out about having a dress cleaned. I asked about spot cleaning which they do not do asked about just having the skirt done because the top is beaded at which point the man on the phone was extremely rude then proceeded to talk to me like a child. I will NEVER take anything there!
