Very happy! This is my second time I've gotten my carpets done. Every single time I'm always pleased! Any issue or stain I point out, it's like a cake walk for him, always. Always gets any stain out, like it's nothing. Thank you so much! I was so shocked the stain lifted. Not to mention the lovely customer service I always get from him as well. He is such a peach, and to add to my wonderful experience. He is always on time for me. They have an hour window, mine was from 9-10am today and he showed up at exactly 9 am! Thank goodness. God bless!!!!

The job itself was done flawlessly, and I trust this company to do the carpet cleaning properly. I did, however, noted that this company has a lack of communication which is a part of customer service-- the guy showed up an hour+ late to the appointment without notifying me. That being said, this company is about the same as any other carpet cleaning company in its overall service.
