My husband and I went here for a brunch date with his mom and our son and we love it! Besides the food being excellent they know how to season. The diner is soooo nostalgic, gave you a small glimpse of what a diner looked liked in early/mid 1930s. Had to take a few pictures, set up was authentic, staff was friendly. We plan on coming back for another date. Highly recommend this place .
It's what a diner should be. We were a party of four for breakfast and everyone enjoyed their food and the atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. The service was really fast. The prices are very reasonable. We waited just a few minutes for table on Sunday. We will be back.
Quaint 17 counter, 6x4 booth diner. Hoping joint and old school atmosphere. Don't ask the waitress how she is doing as she is wicked busy. Food is made by a machine dressed as a human. Will come back.
I would recommend this establishment to everyone delicious food good atmosphere and it just takes you back in time. The service was excellent.
I love this place. I wanted breakfast one day and stopped but here alone and I was not disappointed. The food is always fast and fresh. And the price is reasonable. They have the best pancakes! I put my entire family on to this place.Food: 5/5
Now that they've added the ability to pay by card, the classic New England diner is even better! The prices are much more reasonable that some other places serving the same food. Friendly staff and great food round out this must visit if you're in the West Hartford area!Food: 5/5
Amazing pancakes my son loves them and the eggs are always perfect if your around definitely give them a try . It’s amazing that it’s been a dinner for so long love all the old decor they have up . What would put it over the top is if they got that record player to work again
At least they take cards and e-pay now. The home fries are terrible, no ff option. The cheese omlet and pancakes are fine, but the cook doesn't wear gloves, and Im not sure what to trust on the breakfast only menu. I won't avoid this place but I'm not running back.Food: 3/5
I've been coming here for years whenever I'm in the neighborhood. Authentic old-time diner atmosphere, great food, friendly people and very reasonable prices. A real gem.
Great breakfast! Fast service and friendly wait staff at an excellent price!!!
