We found Plan B through google maps. The host was very friendly. Our waiter Aaron was absolutely the best wait staff person we have ever had anywhere. He was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely polite. He greeted us with the bar chips which are slices of cucumbers they were very tasty. We each ordered a bacon cheeseburger they were very tasty and juicy. You could tell the hamburger was fresh. We finished with a chocolate chip cookie sundae! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stop in to eat! Again huge huge praise to Aaron
My family and I chose to go here for dinner since it had good reviews. They started us off with complementary pickle slices, which was unique. I had the organic veggie burger with sweet potato fries and my parents ordered the mushroom burger with sweet potato fries and mac and cheese. All of our meals tasted amazing and our waitress Caitlin was super friendly.
Delicious lunch, not too busy mid-week and the service was decent. I’ve had lunches during work hours where you felt rushed. Not here. Plenty of time to enjoy lunch, talking with my daughter and even made a couple of phone calls.
Wow wow wow amazing spot my 6th time going there and never dissatisfied. The food is great and there service is out of this world if your around and want a great lunch or dinner this the spot .Food: 5/5
Ordered lunch at work and a coworker and I ordered the salmon bowls. The salmon was totally raw in the middle in both of them! We ended up throwing our food out because of getting grossed out as soon as we tried the salmon and we both got queasy. The salmon bowl is also advertised to come with green goddess dressing but we both received a white sauce, I think tzatziki. The packaging for this is very strange as well, so weird digging the grains out from the bottom of a carton and laying on top of aluminum foil. Awful experience trying this place out for the first time!
Great restaurant. Out of town, and stopped in for lunch. Kendall was awesome behind the bar and gets at least 10 stars for her friendly service, smile and food recommendations. Absolutely outstanding service Kendall!
I ordered on the Plan B Burger website for a pick up order. There is no indication anywhere that when you place an online order it is going to be through Door Dash. I selected the location closest to me which was supposed to be the Hartford location- I was staying in an East Hartford Hotel, and being unfamiliar with the area, I believed this location was in West Hartford. So, the order went to the wrong location - with there being one in West Hartford, not downtown Hartford. The order was not finished and I was speaking to the staff at the downtown location in person, but the West Hartford location refused to cancel the order claiming they had no control since it was through Door Dash. In all communications to me by text and email, nothing indicated Door Dash was involved. The manager of the West Hartford location was very RUDE. I had to get transportation to the West Hartford location 5 miles away. Then, they did not even do the order correctly. I ordered the Mini-Cheese burgers and all I got was bread and meat - no cheese, and overcooked, tired, cold tater tots. If you bother to go to this place, just know the Downtown Hartford location looks nice, the West Hartford one is in a sketchy part of town, staffed by low class management who even agreed their online ordering system with Door Dash sucked, but refused to do anything about it. At least I only tipped 10% online, but I would have increased the tip in person if they had acted decently. Glad I don't live here, never stopping by again. Vegetarian options: The only plus to this place was the option for veggie burgers. Order in person, make sure they do it right. The staff seem to careless if they offer good service or food.
Burger and tots tasted great! Service was quick and friendly. The pickles were very under pickled though. Kinda just tasted like cucumbers.
Came in after the movies for a late night bite to eat. Tyler was our server and he was great, very personable, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. He recommended the bbq pork Mac n cheese and the burger salad and it did not disappoint 10/10. We also ended up getting drinks, the bartender Ashley recommended a John Daley and b berry, which also were amazing. Overall we had a great experience and we love the new location. We will definitely be back!!!!
Plan B??? It should be your plan A for burgers.. I came for a Yelp Elite event, we hot 3 sliders with parm fries. I ended up with take out order, I had my ferret and had to go travel to PA for my event tour. Friendly staff on the phone when I placed the order. I took one bite and knew it was one of the better burgers I have had from restaurant in a long time. Its perfectly cooked, seasoned, was plump and juicy. The fries were cooked and seasoned the way I like them. I def will come back to try the full menu.
