While enjoying a staycation at the DELAMAR, we had a lovely dinner here at the hotel's on-site restaurant. We were seated in the main dining room in a cozy, private spot near the bookshelves. For appetizers, we really enjoyed the cheese board with selections made by the chef, as well as the tomato soup. The soup was paired with a perfectly sized Brie grilled cheese that had just the right amount of truffle in it. We went with the Artisan's choice for both of the drinks that were ordered during the meal, one whiskey based and one vodka based. Both were definitely unique, but exactly what we were looking for. The meals were delicious - I ordered the primavera, while my boyfriend ordered the duck. He requested it medium rare and the duck was cooked perfectly! That dish was definitely the star. Our chocolate molten cake was a perfect portion to satisfy our sweet tooth before we wrapped up our meal for the evening. First class service, dining, and ambiance!
The artisan is amazing. You will not be disappointed. If you enjoy creative meals, excellent service, and a cool vibe then Eat Here. The seafood chowder was aaaaamazing. We both had fish for the main course. Perfectly prepared and presented. It was nice teamwork among the friendly staff.
MMmmmm fresh artisanal food. Food & Service 5. The chef makes foods that are not on the menu when requested and, if possible - the risotto- chefs kiss . I have asked for something special a few times as I visit pretty often with friends. The menu changes frequently. In the daytime, it’s a perfect place to have a long lunch and relax. At dinner time, the lights and atmosphere change everything, and it’s like you are in a different space. Desserts are delicious. Also, there is a beautiful garden and ample open space to enjoy your meal outside. Inside is also beautiful. When you visit, enjoy the deliciousness.
With family. A very nice, unrushed experience. Nicely appointed space, very friendly wait staff payed attention to the detail, excellent food. Everyone in our party agreed we would definitely come back for dinner next time out.
We actually attended a special food event which was hosted on the patio area behind the restaurant. The setting was absolutely lovely and the servers were fun and super helpful. The food was fresh and tasty and I enjoyed everything that I put in my mouth. The salmon was cooked perfectly the chicken was seasoned phenomenally well and the steak was delicious. The salads were awesome and the little goat cheese balls were a perfect addition. Those went quickly.

The food and outdoor ambience were excellent! The service was just ok, very attentive at the beginning, but faded as the courses progressed.

You have to sit outside to be able to experience the ambience. Food is exceptional. Attention to detail is impeccable. Chef needs a special mention.Food: 5/5
Ordered raw oysters and clams. Oysters should not have even been on the menu. They were the size of a quarter with no body to them all. Disgraceful for such a high end restaurant! Requested a sparkling rose from bar before we were seated. My fault, never asked price. Got bill…..$25 a glass! Ridiculous! Feel bartender should have given us a heads up! Lesson learned! Seafood chowder…unbelievably delicious. Like none I’ve ever had. Compliments to the chef!!!
