QQ Restaurant

First off 5 stars in the evening, amazing food -- try the Thai curry, yum! Have found them good, but not spectacular at lunch.

If you are looking for Canadian Chinese food this is it. Skip the Thai and Japanese dishes they are not great. Chicken balls and shiny sauces, we take out often. Its our guilty pleasure but it's not real Chinese food.

Picked up dinner at Q Q tonight. Was extremely busy, seems a lot of people didn't feel like cooking tonight. Had to wait a long time, but the food was worth the wait. Very fresh and tasty. Portions are generous, so we have left overs for tomorrow. This is the first time I actually waited for my order, it's usually very fast, so I can't complain about waiting tonight too much. The food is good and the staff are friendly. Place is also very clean and bright.

I've always been skeptical of this location ever since they moved in as I felt Sushi in the Meaford area would make for unfresh, unmoved fish. Today however I stand corrected. Not only did QQ deliver fresh sushi, but they also delivered delicious Chineese food (something that has been missing from the area ever since Wongs Restaurant left Thornbury). The reason why they are not getting 5/5 stars for this review however is their ill equipped dining area. Their tables and chairs are fine for eating in but they do not have glass plates and cups / metal cutlery. Truthfully they are more of a take out only type of location.

Was very excited by the reviews. Ordered delivery when the store opened for the day and sushi was extremely stale i threw it out.
