76 dollars for a small bowl of soup base and a couple slices of beef, mushrooms and some meatballs. The taste is okay, but definitely do not recommend ordering takeout because it’s basically a scam.
Been here quite a few times over the years. Their business was pretty busy before the pandemic; now it’s okay, so actually we have better dining experience. Their coconut chicken is must try; it is the best non-spicy hotpot we have tried in Vancouver area. The soup is super savoury. We also love their dipping sauce, great pair with the chicken soup. It is definitely on the pricey end of a hotpot restaurant even though their service and interior do not reflect that. Restaurant is a bit small with tables jammed with each other. Service is okay depending on the business. They don’t have server I believe, only the owner serves there. So service can be slow.
In this winter, I feel very happy to be able to enjoy the takeout service of the merchant and eat a bowl of hot hot pot at home.
I can eat coconut chicken everyday, 3 times a day... that said...the place is a bit pricy and I can't actually afford to go that often also love the dipping sauce!
It only took me half an hour from ordering to eating. The experience is very good and I will experience it again.
they have real pictures on each dishes so I can choose easily.
Using the restaurant’s delivery service on their website is much faster than Ubereat.
Accidentally I saw the takeout link in Google map, which is efficient and worth promoting.
Nice little restaurant with no more than 10 tables. Hot pot base is pricey $65-98 each, 4 options to choose from 3 of which are chicken. Meat selection ranges from AAA grade beef, lamb, shrimp, and meat balls. Some cooked dishes are offered. No alcohol. Overall selection is limited. The Jackfruit coconut chicken soup base is a bit too sweet.
Not worth visiting at all, i have ordered the pork chicken soup base and the chicken provided is very little and boneless just like chicken fillet instead of really chicken. The server said there was half chicken, which is obviously not the case. The beef ordered was bad, doesn't look like beef at all it looked like some kind of cheap meat. Average spending was $41 per person. We only ordered two side dish beef and egg, and the soup base. Need to judge whether spending $80+ on three items worth or not if you are planning to visit this restaurant.
