Golden Sichuan Hotpot

Love this place! Their servers are very nice and patient. Their spicy food and a very special szechuan hotpot are delicious. Definitely recommend this place for hotpot lovers and spicy food lovers. Some food to recommend are spicy dumplings, spicy chicken, and spicy tofu. Love this place!

Very traditional Sichuan hot pot, a little bit pricy , food is very hot and spicy. If you like traditional Si Chuan food , good to go .

Ordered takeout. This is $30 for spicy beef jerky, I was just shocked of the small portion - maybe less than 15 small pcs. Wow!!!

Definitely authentic Sichuan style hot pot, if you are a meat lover and open for trying some special parts. They did great job to deliver fresh seafood and meat. Service is outstanding, they never refill water whenever it’s needed and never left your cup empty during the meal.

The broth is delicious and quality of meat & vegetables is very good. I would give it 5 stars if they will improve on not being so wasteful chop sticks, napkins, sesame oil, etc is all individually wrapped in single use containers which is really unnecessary. The servers and owner were very helpful as well, service was great

This place is amazing. Way better than any other hot pot places in Greater Vancouver. Service is extraordinary, the manager served us from beginning to finish. Our cups were never empty, food served fast and fresh with plating, and the atmosphere is just right. Great transformation.

I would give this place a zero if I could. I just walked out of there without eating a drop of food, and somehow still payed $10.97. While we were still looking at the menu the manager was constantly hovering over and interrupting us, and decided after seeing we had checked off the pork broth on our menu, to bring it out to us BEFORE WE ORDERED!! We were about to leave to go elsewhere, and he brought the soup out even though we had not ordered. Then, when we requested to leave, he made us pay for the soup! The soup we did not even want in the first place! I never leave reviews, but the amount of frustration I'm feeling right now is insane. 0/5 would not recommend, it's expensive and they clearly DO NOT care about customer service. They simply wanted to trap us in before we got the chance to make up our minds.

Way overpriced for hotppot, food portion is less. Flavour is okay. Would rather go Haidilao for hotpot. Service is good thou.

Few years ago when we first stopped by Richmond and gave it a try - it was great. This time we came back and ordered two takeouts … price up, portion down, taste far from authentic, colour and presentation: none. Yes it is still eatable — thus 2-star
