Son had minor infection and we had nowhere to go to get antibiotics. I was expecting to be in there for 3-4 hours but we were in and out in 30 minutes. Receptionist, nurses and doctor were all very friendly and helpful. Greatly appreciated their help!
Nurses and information staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor on the other hand was snarky and had a nasty attitude when I asked him a question. Made me feel like an idiot for asking a question when he asked if I had any. Waiting room had 1 other person in front of us and it still took 3 hours, others who showed up after were takes before us aswell.
In the late afternoon of 25 July 24, I punctured my thigh with a nail just above my right knee during work at my Hunt Club near Apsley. I consulted with Telehealth Ontario who advised to attend hospital to stop the bleeding and get a tetanus shot. I received wonderfully excellent attention and treatment from friendly, efficient and truly compassionate care givers. All those hospital personnel included triage assessment, registration, doctor's evaluation, cleansing of my wound, its subsequent dressing and a tetanus needle followed with advice to me for care of the injury over the next few days.nThank You Quinte Health North Hastings Hospital!nnPeter
I’ve been here a few times for myself and my little one. All the doctors, nurses and staff have been kind and empathetic. They do their best to get you seen as quick asnpossible
