Disgusting facility, Its infested with mice on several floors, homeless man living in 7th floor lounge who appears to be friends with security, 4 out of 5 elevators out of service or not working properly, Unpleasant security staff harassing disabled patients tryingto enter the hospital. lack of staff resulted in at least 2 patient falls during our stay. The dirty and neglected conditions take away from any good work the staff does.
My wife arrived at the hospital around morning 9:00 a.m. today. It is now night 10:30 p.m., and she is still waiting as a patient. This is not just about waiting time. This is about basic human dignity. A patient is not a number or a file. A patient is a human being who is sick, anxious, tired, Asking someone to wait 12 to 15 hours to see a doctor raises serious concerns about how patient care is being prioritized.nWe understand that hospitals can be busy and staff work hard, but there needs to be a system that respects patients and communicates clearly. Long hours without updates, reassurance, or a clear plan are extremely difficult for families to tolerate.nAs family members, we feel helpless and frustrated. We don’t know who to speak to or who is listening. This experience has left us questioning how such delays are considered acceptable in a healthcare system that is meant to care for people. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvements in patient care, communication, and wait-time management. No one should have to endure this level of uncertainty and exhaustion while seeking medical help.
Admitted through emergency then lived in 8 th floor for two weeks, I cannot say enough good about my experience first time in 40 years in hospital, the teams were well educated in asmtha in seniors, and treated my with great respect l also had very high blood pressure they taught me how to do a few tricks to bring it down. They we’re amazing. The students could be dressed tidier less sloopy other than this it was ok.the food was excellent even the weight control diet was delicious lots of curry and great coffee.
My mother has been there since Friday night with an infected gallbladder, with a lot of pain. Since her arrival the nurses who check her at the entrance did not give her anything for her terrible pain, she had to wait more than 6 hours with terrible pain for them to give her something. Today, Sunday, May 8, they are supposed to operate it first thing in the morning and it is not like that, they will leave it perhaps for tomorrow. If something happens to my mother, I hold all the doctors and staff who work in this hospital. That on Sundays they don’t care about people’s lives and that they are not at all tied with other people’s pain.
Parking is very tight in the park garage I like other assumeit's always full because they made the parking full and the students form nearby colleges and people who work in the area are parking here with is not permitted but as long as you tell the people at the desk you have or had a appointment they give you a free pass. I think you should have to have some kinda proof like your appointment letter or something so people without appointments can't just say I was here for a appointment or im here for a appointment and get the stub and walk back out the door to their car. The floor and clinics are clearly labeled in side the building but the have multiple clinic on the same floor and like 6 elevators on each floor but one maybe closer to your clinic so unless you know exactly where your going it's a hit or miss that you take the right elevator and don't have to walk a half a mile to where you need to go. Reception, nurse and doctors are all helpful here
