We enjoyed our dinner at QDOBA Mexican Eats. Salad, Burrito bowl and qusedilla were very tasty. Soft drink added the fun. Tortillas chips and the dips were great. On the whole nice experience. Our family enjoy the food thoroughly. We being vegetarian request the chef to change the gloves for our food preparation and he readily agreed and changed the gloves. On the whole nice set up, neat and clean and decent place. They offer catering service also for functions.
Okay so the bowl itself was good but I’m giving this place 1 star for the level of service. From what I know, the point of a bowl is so you can customize it the way you want. There were 2 people 1 male 1 female behind the counter helping us build our bowls and everything was going good until my bowl was handed over to the female. I asked for guacamole and I noticed there was none in the compartment barely any. I already knew there wasn’t enough for me and my fiancés bowl. To my surprise however, she took the scoop and started scraping the bottom of it to get every last bit of guacamole out. I felt extremely grossed out because first off, I don’t know how often they wash these and no one wants to get the very last bit of anything. As I was taken to wait by the checkout, the male opened a new batch of guacamole for my fiancé so I asked for one scoop as well considering I didn’t get much to begin with. I didn’t think it was a big deal but this Hispanic woman had so much annoyance on her face. The male and her started whispering things and then she tells me I have to pay for “extra guacamole”. Obviously I was like you were scraping the bottom of the compartment to give me my small amount guacamole, I just want a scoop of the fresh one. It literally took this woman so much rethinking to even get that for me. After paying and all, we were eating inside and to be honest I felt uncomfortable because I could tell she didn’t want me there. At least chipotle has the decency to take out fresh ingredients once they’re running low and mix the remains with the brand new batch. It felt like I was being attacked for no reason.
Looked and tasted delicious. Staff was friendly and store cleanly.
I came in for a quick dinner pick up yesterday evening around 9PM. I was met by a young man by the name of Andressp? and he was really helpful & kind. I asked a few questions about certain new food items and asked for a recommendation on tortilla type. He answered with a smile and was really patient. It really made the brief experience great. I absolutely love Qdoba and will always be a fan, but Andres made this location stand out for me with simple, quick, & helpful service.
As a vegetarian, I am looking for places that will keep the carnivores in the family happy along with myself. Qdoba has impossible plant based meat they can use in any of their entrees. They also have a number of naturally veggies offerings. Enought to keep the "mixed" family happy. Fast and tasty. Built to oder. What's not to like? This seems to be on one level, but if you have wheels the manuvering may be a bit tight, and the counter is high. Vegetarian options: Veggie and plan based meat options Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids here enjoying their tacos
Fabio is a great employee. He’s helped me multiple times rather he remembers or not but everytime I come he’s patient & doesn’t rush me with my order. Makes the process fast, fun & friendly. Which is why I only come to this location
UPDATED: I went with my cousins noon Christmas eve for lunch. We were so excited waited days to go. We LOVE their nachos. This time HORRIBLE experience. Worst. What ever i said, they wouldn't add much. Normally i have a full bowl. When i asked "can u add more please?" or "extra" they put on an 1/8th of a scoop. Then i noticed the manager with the mustache ive seen many times, look at their workers and me and I felt uncomfort and aggression. The food was all cold too. As i went to pay, i was charged more AND he was EXTREMELY rude. He stared at us the entire visit from when we went to the seat and as we ate. All our meals were terrible. I gave atmosphere 2 stars because it was clean. Worst experience ill be emailing corporate and complaining to my credit card in regards to this transaction I have pictures of my meal and the manager/employee who was rude. PREVIOUS: Love this qdoba experience after going to the city ones. NACHOS ARE Craving them now. Soo good. Service was great, they listened, didnt rush. Food came out perfect. They did get rid of the Chalua and Tabasco unfortunately, but nachos were still great without em. Best nachos ever. Vegetarian options: Veggie options, plus impossible meat Kid-friendliness: Why not. Parking: Free parking in front. Parking lot Wheelchair accessibility: Yes Dietary restrictions: Pick and choose what you want.
I never write bad reviews. EVER. however, the manager or whoever the middle aged man is, is incredibly rude. any time I come in with my boyfriend he comes out just watch what we order and makes rude remarks when we ask for extra salsa even though we've told him everytime it's fine if it costs extra. my boyfriend asked him why he had an attitude with us and he proceeded to throw our fork into the bag. check the cameras for yourself. again, I never write bad reviews. this happens every single time we come. qdoba is literally my favorite but I'll definitely be making the longer drive just to avoid that rude man. he makes me incredibly uncomfortable and i shouldnt feel that way just trying to get food. please hold him accountable as I do not know what he has against my boyfriend and I. the girl making our food was very nice though and a good employee. we've only ever had a problem with him because he always has a problem with us. again, this was not just one time. it's every time we come in and he's there.
Felt rushed, asked for all things on the chicken bowl, didn't get it. portion size isn't that great. Flavor of the food makes up for service and choices. I like Qdoba better than Chipotle.
I like this place better than Chipotle. The chicken and steak is always tender. The chips are better, as well as the queso! They also have a wider selection of hot and mild sauces . Their rewards progam is pretty good.Food: 4/5
