I've been coming here for years, and will continue to do so. The staff is always friendly, the food is also always very fresh. Out of the probably 100 times I have been here since it opened I have never had a single problem. Great place and thanks for making great food!
I’ll never go back EVER AGAIN!! The older lady asked me 5 times what’s the name on my order called in an order I told her each time. Instead of starting my order she fixes the 4 people who came in behind me for DD order then did mine 30 minutes later l!! Then she was rude when I clearly said how much longer for mine! Like if it’s too much get out of business!!!! Made me feel some type of way like she made me wait on purpose!.
The app had a malfunction on me for an online pick up when I put in sweet and spicy chicken it never appeared on the order. Whoever is Carol assumingely the manager was not cooperative. Will never be coming back here as they were rude to me about everything. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I honestly went to qdoba on a weekly basis and because of this I’ll never come back AGAIN. What a waste of $25. Just go to chipotle they would never treat anyone like this.
Qdoba’s has been a favorite of mine for years. I get the same menu item every single time. As a vegetarian I don’t branch out often. So when I ordered food delivered to my home on an app that rhymes with smash! Lol! I was expecting the same thing I get in the store. My order was wrong three times and the portion size was less than half of what I was used to getting. So I decided that the app wasn’t working so I needed to go into the restaurant and order for myself. I ordered the same thing as I usually get. And as the employee was preparing my food putting the rice in my bowl they literally scooped rice out of my bowl and back into the rice container, God forbid I get a smidge more rice. Beans, I could have almost counted every black bean it was so sparse. I asked for lettuce, the employee put her fingers in the container of lettuce as if it were going to bite her and put a “sprinkle” of lettuce on my $18.70 bowl . I got chips and cheese dip too - thank god or I’d be starving, and broke! And to think, I was thinking perhaps, that it was a “to go order problem”, nahhhh, it’s a Qdoba’s problem. I won’t be back, Chipotle is a much better substitute and I actually get what I pay for. SR
food is above average but not the best not pricey either. staff is nice
Sloppy and when one of the kids ripped a tortilla, he looked at the chubby, blonde, curly haired, middle aged manager, and asked if he she re-wrap it, she said no. The kid laughed as he wrapped it up and the manager looked at my wife dead in the face while he did it. We let them keep the burritos. Won't be back. Chipotle is right down the road and Mex-Out is another viable option.
Disappointed with the portion size, considering a bowl, barely filled, and a drink cost $13. Server was not friendly, and seemed impatient, even though there was no one else there. I won't be back. Never had a bad meal at this Qdoba. Food is always fresh and restaurant is clean. Family owned and ran and everyone is always friendly. Have done catering from here as well to which they will work with the budget you set. All around great place to eat.
Delicious as always. We were driving through on our way home and manager was very attentive and accommodating. He informed us there was a bad batch of chips and made sure we got a fresh batch and a little something extra for our troubles. I'll be back!
Warm and friendly staff greeted me, owner or manager also asked if I was being taken care of. Delicious street tacos and queso. Very clean restaurant. I’ll be back.
