Chipotle Mexican Grill

The Chipotle on Scottsville road was clean. I was shocked they were out of Fajita veggies, however the wait wasn’t too long to get them made. The food is always fresh and the workers are friendly and their uniforms were clean. The parking is a little difficult but I have learned how to navigate it.

Very disappointed with this chipotle. I had ordered veggie bowl and it was an online order for pickup. I specifically asked for extra fajitas. Luckily I was there when order was made. Any fajita you see on top was specifically asked by me after they complete my order with little to no fajita. Also guacamole was very old as you can see from picture that it is very dark. Very disappointed with their service.

The food is fresh, but it took so long to get through the line. It was a Sunday at noon so It was expected. I love the Pollo bowl with pintos.Food: 5/5

Food was good, dine in experience not so much, tables were very dirty, and it has been a while since it was cleaned, I used a wet napkin to make a spot for me and my daughter to eat, the trays as well didn't look to be wiped off for a while either

Weirdest burrito I’ve ever had. Placed a mobile order for a veggie burrito with all of my usual toppings. Received rice, cheese, and sour cream wrapped in a tortilla that’s two times too big. Missing the guac, had maybe 15 individual black beans, and every other ingredient was skimpy. I mentioned it to a friend who lives near this location and she said anytime she’s ordered from here she’s received insanely tiny burritos.

i mean come on. my rice was crunchy. i asked for a little bit more chicken in my bowl because they put about 3 pieces it, then i proceed to get charged extra. i understand if you charge extra for chicken, but at least put in a reasonable amount so i don’t have to get extra. also the total was 19$. that’s absurd.

The prices have really gone up, like wow so much more expensive than 2 years ago but the food is too good to stop going... Vegetarian options: Very easy to make a vegetarian meal here

This location is always so fresh and they don’t skimp on some of the ingredients like a lot of the other locations do. The last time we did a pickup order, it wasn’t ready when we got there they were super busy and they were extremely apologetic and loaded up our bowls :

Will never step foot in here again. Was getting daily for lunch on breaks. My wife who is a sahm got an online order and tipped. Called and asked if someone can bring it out to her we know it’s not normal but the baby was sleeping. Lady said no and hung up. Thankfully a nice lady going in to pick up her order helped my wife. I understand rules and how in the service world things can get inconvenient as an employee. But a woman with a baby shouldn’t be seen as an inconvenience. I hope this place shuts down.

Food was good, people were understanding and made it easy to order for the first time. They had just had a big sports ream come in so they had to make more rice fast and it was a bit under done but otherwise great food.Food: 4/5
