I've lived in this area my whole life and this company has the highest electric prices I've ever seen and it's ridiculous. They also charge more from 2pm to 7pm which makes no sense, and they also don't care to help if you struggle to pay and need help. Worst company ever.

Love that it's a not-for-profit cooperative model owned by its users and committed to empowering the community. Local employees who genuinely care, want to help you save money, and dedicated linemen who work quickly to restore power when nasty weather strikes. They feel like my neighbors. Helpful and fun social media presence/videos, too!

I have lived in 11 different state's in my life,and have dealt with many different utilities companies.Paulding & Putman Eletric is by far the worst utilitie company that I have ever had to deal with

They will do everything they can to do you right and there is one person that you can really talk to and she is so very nice and always ask for her to help you and her name is MARY

Power has been going out & it takes them over 2 hours to get power restored
