First time at this salon, after explaining what I wanted, showed the stylist a photo.  I walked out with a hair cut free of charge because she messed it up so bad.  I went home and cut the uneven hair and purchased some strong hairspray.  I'm about 4 months away from a good hair cut.... will never go back!
