As a physician, I have found the pharmacist Gina to be extremely helpful with accommodating both myself and patients. She's offered education and support and is excellent at her job.
Staff have always been exceptional here, and prescriptions are generally filled fast. They also refund the price of your parking fee which is great. That being said, one expects a pharmacy to be a place of real medicine, with educated professionals - but this store chooses to peddle pseudoscience nonsense products like Himalayan salt lamps and homeopathy products which have been proven to be absolute nonsense. It's a bit shady to prey on the uneducated with these nonsense products that only relieve you of your money, and don't offer actual curative or health benefits. Hopefully they'll do some reflecting on these practices and rethink what they are doing here... As I said, all other aspects of this pharmacy are good.
I had an virtual appointment for my daughter and 3 days later my prescription wasn’t sent to the pharmacy I paid 150 and I’m very frustrated times three since all of my three children had to see Dr. Sheila I’m very disappointed
I come to buy my supplements here. I like they carry professional lines. I am huge fun of Pure pharmacy and keep buying their vitamins for almost 10 years. The pharmacist Asian female is not so friendly however the healthcare advisor is kind and helpful. I don’t have health issues and don’t want to take any medications so it’s all right.
Super great service. Great prices. If you need something they don’t have in stock they will find it at one of their other stores or order it in. No extra charges. A customer service focused business for sure. So glad to have such a great pharmacy integrated with homeopathic remedies in our neighborhood!
Always a great experience at this location. Staff is very knowledgeable and always helpful. Their Ideal Protein diet has worked amazing for everyone I know who has used it.
