Using pug city again has been a smooth ride. I took my 328i there after getting screwed over by Kal tire saying my wheel bearings were shot. Pug city found terrible wheel balancing and had me on my way for a few bucks and I really appreciate their honesty.

I brought my car in to have it looked at. The owner told me that I needed $1500 worth of front end work and possibly even more after doing a $400 compression test diagnostic. I took my car to two other shops that said that the car was in fine condition other that an airbag light that he never mentioned.  Obviously a scam artist.

Been going there since they opened. never been disappointed always leave happy.

I have been getting my vehicles serviced there for years. Highly recommended.

Been taking my car here for two years and the service has always been top notch! Always bring great consideration when moving forward with repairs. GREAT WORK OVER HERE EVERYBODY!

I like it. It was my first time taking my car to Pug City as one of my friends suggested. I would say my experience was quite good. Customer service was exceptional. Price was reasonable. Job has been done well. So, thank you for being trustful shop for our needs.
