curiosity got the best of me, so I went to check it out I met a gentleman there named Cameron who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I was welcomed warmly and he took the time to answer a lot of questions I had. Bilingual staff very clean very professional very well organized.

On the way back from a trip to Montreal, we happened to notice this place as we were passing through. Popped in and was greeted by James at the door. What was meant to be a quick 5 - 10 minute visit quickly turned in to almost a 40 minute hang out session with James where he spent all of that time giving us as much information as he possibly could about everything and anything we inquired about. James is informative, kind and just an all around easy person to get along with. Future trips to Montreal will now consist of stopping in to Puff Depot, visiting James and exploring their quality products.

I bought an item and it was defective, brought it back and they convinced me to buy a more expensive heavy duty item. I needed one to replace the one that didn't work properly so I agreed and got 20 bucks off a 75 dollar item. 2 weeks later there is a major problem with the device sticking and because of this something happened to the inside of the device. 
I brought it back and left it for 2 days waiting for a response.  Went into the store because i hadn't heard from them and was told that I abused the item.  I don't know how these people are still in business. won't refund my money, thats fine but only offered me a discount on a 200.00 device. I should have been offered 50.00 off the price of this new item, but was made to feel like I was stupid and had intentionally damaged the item. It is clearly a manufacturing defect and because of that and the fact I had it for way less than 30 days, I should at the very least been given the full 50.00 as a credit towards a final item I would have purchased from them.
I think I am done with this company and definitely DO NOT recommend them as a good place to spend your money. Maybe for rolling papers its ok but for any item that is expensive STAY AWAY .  I am so upset with this and hope they go out of business soon. 
A company that treats customers this way deserves to be bankrupt .

This Review is to address Robert Gergely's Review on Puff Depot

I would just like to mention that everything that could possibly be done was done to give Robert a good service. The first pollen press was credited to the second pollen press out of good faith. 

When Robert brought the 2nd Pollen press into the store, I was not working that day. The day that I came in I had just inspected the press and was trying to figure out a game plan before I contacted Robert, however he came into the store shortly after my shift started, which is no issue.

However, there seems to be a little bit of confusion concerning how the situation was handled. Robert requested a specific pollen press made out of Stainless Steel rather than Aluminum. Since this press wasn't carried in store, I informed Robert that I would look into that specific press and get back to him. Once the press model was found he was offered a $50.00 credit on it (original price being $180). 

Unfortunately, not everyone can be pleased, but here at Puff Depot we work very hard to make sure our customers are satisfied! Nonetheless, it does occur that some people aren't pleased. Thankfully, situations like this do not occur often and we try to avoid them at all costs.
